Accommodation

Consists of 13 rooms; 4 double standard rooms and 5 double deluxe mezzanine rooms in the main hotel building, as well as 4 additional double rooms in hotel annex located across the street. All rooms are equipped with comfortable and spacious double beds and an attractive bathroom; filled with intimacy and warmth of a home, the design of the rooms is a blend of authenticity and modernity. All rooms named after winds and Barricco’s novel “Ocean Sea”, they are eclectically decorated in a combination of retro-chic and contemporary details, with an emphasis on natural materials.

Main Hotel

• Standard Double Rooms - cosy and comfortable (21-23m2), located mainly on the ground floor of the hotel, feature spacious double beds, bright bathrooms, high ceilings with original beams and large windows overlooking the courtyard; two of the rooms have the option of connecting to a large room. One of the ground floor rooms has an option of separating the double bed into twin beds.

• Deluxe Mezzanine Double Rooms - elegant and spacious (32-34m2), located on the first floor of the hotel. Rooms include a mezzanine bedroom with an extremely comfortable and spacious king-size bed that can be turned into twin beds, spacious and bright bathrooms, and a living room with a comfortable sofa that is easily turned into a queen-size extra bed. The rooms feature airy interiors, original artwork and an atmospheric loft area.

 Dépendance - The Almayer Dépendance (annexe) rooms opened in 2018 and are located on the first floor of the historic Bianchini building constructed in 1914. The rooms are directly linked to the 24 hour hotel reception.

• Standard Double Rooms - elegant, comfortable and refined (22-26m2), consisting of comfortable queen-size beds and spacious bathrooms, with original artwork, antique furniture and design details. Dedicated to Zadar intellectual giants and with the same visual theme running through their eclectic design, each of the rooms retain some specific details to offer you a comfortable stay.

• Deluxe Double Room - a spacious and luxurious room - the deluxe double room Bianchini with its double bed, bathroom, as well as numerous artworks and antiques, has a view from the balcony of the historic square and towards the park.

The hotel's wine list consists of over 80 wine labels and was created with the aim of presenting wines made by the best Croatian winemakers, especially small boutique wineries and indigenous wine varieties.
