SK Place is a luxury development of three very spacious independent villas overlooking the sea on the edge of the pretty fishing village of Almyrida with breathtaking views across the Aegean towards Souda Bay and magnificent panoramic views of the White Mountains.

Accommodation

Each villa is built over three levels and reflects a different architectural approach with either traditional Cretan (Villa Anemos), island style (Villa Ammos) or modern style (Almyra Villa). The stylish interior décor combines simple elegance with accents of comfort and luxury.

There are three master-size bedrooms suitable for up to 6 persons. One bedroom has a king size bed and two bedrooms have twin beds which can convert to king size bed (upon request).

On the ground floor level is one of the twin bedded bedrooms and the family spa bathroom with mini gym, steam shower and sauna cabin (Ammos and Anemos) or hammam steam room (Amyra), with separate WC.

On the second ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a kitchenette with dining table.

On the upper floor are the second twin bedded bedroom with en-suite wet room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC and the master bedroom with en-suite in marble (Anemos) or stone bathroom (Ammos and Almyra) with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and WC.

The villa amenities include outdoor lounge with dining area, terraces and balconies with spectacular sea and mountain views, wooden sundeck with sunbeds and parasols, wooden lounge deck with pergola overlooking the infinity private pools and sea, colourful gardens and parking.

SK Place is located just 200m away from the centre of the village where is a supermarket and bakery, local tavernas & ATM machine. The nearest beach and marina are 100m away. Chania town and the nearest Chania airport are a 30 minute drive away while Heraklion airport is 150km away. A car is recommended.
