The building has 12 studios and 3 apartments, all with air conditioning. The studios are on the ground floor and first floor while the 3 apartments are all on the second or top floor.
A: Studios for 2-3 people with living/bedroom, kitchenette, shower/WC, and small terrace or balcony.
B: Apartments suitable for between 2-5 people. Each apartment has one double bedded bedroom, a living/dining area with two sofa beds (one which forms two single beds and one which makes a single bed), modern kitchenette with filter coffee machine, two cooking rings and fridge. The blue and white bathrooms have a hip-bath, a shower fitting and WC. Two of the apartments have quite spacious balconies, one with restricted views to the sea and one with mountain views, while the third apartment has 2 smaller balconies offering views on two sides of the house.
