"Arrangements were superb - no problems at all. Had a great time & loved the country! If we were to repeat the holiday one less day in Bol and an extra day in Mali Ston would be better. Hotel Ostrea and Mali Ston are an absolute delight! Top marks for Miric Inn, Plitvice too. Very friendly & welcoming and HUGE dinners! Dubrovnik old town was heaving with tourists, so staying some distance away at Hotel More was perfect. Easy to get to old town by bus so distance was no problem. Hotel Palace ..."

"The other hotels: Hotel Monika at Trogir was good with very helpful staff. Villa Nora at Hvar was very good as well and well placed. Hotel Ostrea at Mali Ston was less satisfactory. We were put up in their annexe, on the ground floor and the room was damp, attracting mosquitos. We were moved up to the first floor after complaining. Reception here was off hand. Hotel More outside Dubrovnik was very comfortable, and good service. The bus into town was easy. In hindsight we would have preferred to have ..."

Hotel Palace Derossi - very friendly, good location, difficult parking, breakfast not so good. Hotel Croatia, Hvar - fantastic location. "The Plitvice Miric Inn was rustic (in a good way) with delightful, friendly staff and very near the park. The weather there was shocking (heavy rain most of the time) but the cosy inn and substantial food made it all bearable. We would recommend the inn rather than a faceless concrete hotel any time."
