Accommodation

Six individual villas of varying sizes with slightly different layouts and facilities. All villas have TV, wifi, kitchenette, hairdryer & terrace.

• Villa Vranac (45 sq m) -  maximum 4 persons. Villa Vranac (45 sq m) has 1 bedroom with king size bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom. This Villa features a perfect glimpse of old and modern at the same time. The terrace of the villa gives you privacy with a view on the old fortress of Besac and to the pool.

• Villa Bouquet (45 sq m) - maximum 4 persons. This Villa, with separate living room and kitchen, features a perfect glimpse of old and modern at the same time. The villa has two terraces with Jacuzzi and barbecue offering privacy with a view on the whole resort and the mountains.

• Villa Lisicina (25 sq m) - for 2 persons. Villa Lisicina has twin beds, kitchenette with dining table and a private bathroom. The villa features a bright bedroom with dining room and carefully chosen details for the kitchenette. The interior of the villa was designed to give you the impression of days gone by. The separate beds, which can be combined next to each other, and the private area of the kitchen will give you a sense of privacy and coziness.

• Villa Chardonnay (35 sq m) - maximum 4 persons. Villa Chardonnay has one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in a common area, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom. Villa features a bright bedroom, carefully chosen details and rich vibrant materials. The interior of the Villa was designed to give you the impression of old times.

• Villa Cabernet (35 sq m) - maximum 4 persons. Villa Cabernet has one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in a common area, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom. Every part of the furniture is handmade from walnut and environmental friendly materials. Villa is individually furnished and features a bright bedroom, carefully chosen details and rich vibrant materials.

• Villa Krstac (25 sq m) - for 2 persons. Villa Krstac has twin beds, kitchenette with dining table and a private bathroom. Villa features a terrace with a best view of the entire resort, and the opportunity to see the sunset directly from your bedroom. The separate beds, which can be combined next to each other, and the perfectly combined kitchenette will give you the privacy and all the comfort you need.

Facilities

Swimming pool with breath taking views, open May - October. Sunbeds surround the pool. The hotel restaurant offers delicious meals using local produce, it is especially renowned for its prosciutto. The Cermeniza winery nestles on a hilltop - this covers 5000sq m and is family owned. You can take a tour through centuries-old vineyards,  and visit the wine cellar where you will get to explore the family’s culture of grape growing and wine making.

Activities available are:

• Cycling - Ride along the lake shore, through chestnut woods, & enjoy stunning views to the island monasteries. There are a couple of trails to choose from. You can stop to explore the old villages, from where you’ll get a great view of Skadar lake and surroundings.

• Kayaking - Start your kayak trip on the small river, which flows through willows, into the lake. The more experienced can choose to go to the old island prison of Grmozur, and after that to take rest on a near Pjesacac beach.  Kayaking on the lake allows you to explore tiny waterlily alleys and get close to the native wildlife.

• Boat Cruise on Lake Skadar. Swim amongst the water lilies and enjoy watching the pelicans – the landmark of the National Park. The tour takes you past Lesendro fortress and then through the little channels of the lake filled with water lilies, water chestnuts and reeds. From this place you can see a lot of the lake’s bird and fish species and it’s the ideal spot to do a little bird watching.

• Bocce - Bocce is a ball sport belonging to the boules family, closely related to British bowls and French pétanque, with a common ancestry from ancient games played in the Roman Empire. During the Roman Empire, this game expanded throughout the Mediterranean. You can get the necessary equipment, game rules and some advice from your host. Because – the best way to get to know local culture is to do what the locals are doing!
